Appearance: He's basically a blend of every Asiatic country rolled into one late-teens kid (this includes the Middle East). Jade green eyes and tangerine orange hair because he's two steps away from an anime character lbr

But basically: dragons live inside stars, and Jin is from a star that went supernova in the year 1006. Basically a million years ago a race of beings called star-eaters appeared in the galaxy and started fucking shit up like no one's business. When the armies reached Jin's star, everyone fought for awhile, but dragons are peaceful and Jin in particular wanted to find a diplomatic solution. Being a super naive dork idiot, he decided to try and broker a truce with the commander of the star-eater forces. The star-eater betrayed him and used Jin's info and knowledge to break into the star and blow it up, annihilating Jin's people and capturing Jin himself.

Jin escaped and opened a wormhole that brought him to Earth about 400 years in the future. He crash landed in China and all the general trauma caused him to forget who he was and everything that had happened. He turned himself human based on the appearance of the local humans, and for the next twenty years, lived among them as that weird fucking dragon that fell from the sky one day.

Then eventually he remembered everything when some other dragons showed up to tell him that he was a traitor to his species. His human best friend at the time vouched for him, though, so the dragons let him live, on the condition that Jin would remain earth-bound. They also informed him that the star-eaters had reached Earth, and that Jin would act as their agent on the planet, hunting down them and their robot army. His friend built a special weapon for him before passing away.

Jin spent the next six hundred years wandering the planet and fighting robots and their star-eater creators. He loves the planet and wants to save it and he's basically a friend to all living things, especially humans. Most recently his travels brought him to a fictional city in America, where he met a human girl with strange powers, her computer whiz friend, and a friendly dog robot.

They have adventures.

Home World Description: Basically it's normal planet Earth, except that the stars in the galaxy are inhabited by dragons, and there's a war going on between dragons and the star-eaters, who appeared from beyond the galaxy. The fighting has taken the form of a secret cold war on Earth, where the star-eaters employ robots to slowly cripple the environment and human society in preparation for eventual all-out destruction.

AU Info: N/A

CRAU Info: I'm gonna say that he has vague memories of his time in Route 47, but that the memories won't fully come back unless someone from that game shows up here. There isn't much point otherwise.

Powers/Abilities: He can shapeshift into his true form, which is that of a bright orange, glowing, feathered dragon about the size of a Greyhound bus. He's strong, fast, and dangerous, but he doesn't actually like fighting unless it's against evil robots and such. He has assorted dragon-like powers, including flight and the ability to breathe fire and all that good stuff. Also his blood is literally plasma, so making him bleed has the unfortunate side-effect of setting shit on fire.

His biology is weird and specific and if you want to know more I've written a goddamn tome over on his journal. Some of it is currently outdated but not to the point of being a problem really.

Does this character need to be nerfed? Not really. Obviously he won't be able to fly as high or as far as normal considering the game structure. I'm also gonna say that, for sanity's sake, he has a bit more control over what his blood does in terms of it setting everything on fire, just cause those villages and jungle look super flammable.
