Species: Sun dragon. Usually in human form.
Appearance: In human form, he's somewhat dark-skinned, with bright green, almond-shaped eyes, and bright tangerine hair. He looks like he comes from Chinese, Japanese and Middle Eastern stock. In dragon form he's the size of a Greyhound bus, and is a bright, glowing orangey-gold color. He's longish and kind of sinewy, and he has feathered wings, and feathers at the back of his neck and at the tip of his tail.
In both forms he has a shackle around his right wrist made of some bright silver metal.
Smell: Like human, earth, oxygen, and heat. You know how things smell when they're really hot? Like that.
Aura: Bright orange-gold, with a few patches of unhappy-looking dark red.
Abilities of note: He can transform from human to dragon and back, he's very strong, can jump really high and far, can fly when he has his wings out, and has heightened senses. He also wields a large, virtually unbreakable scythe made from two clockwork cats. When he's in dragon form he can produce and withstand sun-level temperatures. Also when he's in dragon form, he only communicates with a strange sort of telepathy that isn't based on words. Instead it's based on images, colors and emotions. Normally most species can't understand this language, but Cicero translates.
Also his bones are metal.
Permissions:`Jin loves basically everyone and everything, so feel free to hug him etc.--he will love it. If someone who he considers a lifeform (read: basically everyone) attacks him, he might fight back, but almost never at full strength. However, he very much dislikes robots, and absolutely hates the robots native to his world, so when he meets robots in Cicero it's generally with little or not trust at first. He also has a habit of sticking his neck out for people, so he's quick to leap in to defend others.
